The band program, directed by Mrs. Monica Dockery, is a school organization dedicated to teaching all students how to perform on a selected instrument. All grades present a Christmas Concert and a Spring Award Night Concert. A pep band is offered to all 7th & 8th graders interested. The will have five performances throughout their season. In addition, our 7th & 8th grade bands perform a festival concert in March in which they are adjudicated by state judges. Pierce County Middle School Band also offers opportunities for the advanced soloist at the district and state level. Members of the PCMS band consistently performs at the local, region, and state level. Our PCMS band has over 200 members enrolled.
